Sunny loft is a located at the private community in the heart of DTLA. It is a great studio for private events, off-sites and video / photo productions.
This 700 sq ft loft is an open floor plan that can host up to a 15 person booking. It has 2 sides of windows. 20ft ceiling, central AC, Full kitchen and beautiful a textured concrete wall. It is very quiet for audio recording and it also has great city views.
We have central AC to keep you cool and fast internet to keep you online at all times. It's the perfect place for interviews, photo shoot, workshops and any events! It's also great for meetings or just a quiet place to get some work done at the studio.
The sunny loft includes:
- 8 person dining table, that can be extended to 12, depending on your needs;
- 6' kitchen island with bar stools.
- 47in smart TV on stands with Netflix and Roku
